About the role

A growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its expanding practice. This attorney will work on high-exposure mass tort and complex personal-injury matters from case development through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of mass tort cases involving asbestos, talc powder, and other product-liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions, client interviews, and fact investigations.
• Work with experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams.
• Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
• 3-6 years of plaintiff litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, or personal injury.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
