Details
We are seeking a mid-level Attorney with mass tort/asbestos/sexual assault experience to join our growing firm in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have experience representing plaintiffs, preferably in product liability, mass tort, and/or sexual assault cases. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, handling complex cases involving toxic exposures and medical devices. You will be joining a dynamic team of legal professionals, working collaboratively to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs in mass tort litigation cases involving toxic exposure, medical devices, and/or sexual assault.
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into potential mass tort claims, identifying all liable parties, and determining the most effective legal strategy.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Coordinate MDLs, working collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Responsible for getting cases ready for trial.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mass tort law, ensuring that our legal strategies are always cutting-edge and effective.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic legal guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complex legal process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience in mass tort plaintiff litigation.
- Trial experience is a bonus.

Pay
$150,000 - $180,000 per year
