Responsibilities
You'll manage a caseload from intake through resolution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior trial attorneys on strategy and complex legal issues.
Conduct legal research and draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings
Take an active role in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Partner with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and tackle complex legal issues
Advocate for injured clients with skill, judgment, and genuine care
Requirements
You'll need:
- Colorado Bar admission, active and in good standing
- 2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
- Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Mass Tort, Class Action, Personal Injury Litigation / Pre-Litigation, Construction Defect, Commercial Litigation
