About the role

Scheck Hillel Community School seeks an experienced Preschool Teacher for their ECE program starting in the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the classroom effectively
• Communicate clearly and organize tasks efficiently
• Nurture students while maintaining a flexible approach
• Work collaboratively to build positive community relations

Requirements

• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Nurturing and flexible personality
• Experience in a Jewish environment preferred
• Knowledge of Montessori or Reggio Emilia pedagogies a plus

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to pass a Level II fingerprint clearance (FDLE/FBI)
