About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching preschool children in a Jewish educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood program.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Nurturing, flexible, and able to work in a Jewish environment.
• Experience working in a Montessori or Reggio Emilia setting is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a Level II fingerprint clearance (FDLE/FBI).
