About the role

We are actively recruiting individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role offers flexible schedules that work with you, whether you need a full-time, part-time, or supplemental job. You'll handle orders during peak hours, ensuring customers receive their pizzas promptly. Domino's Pizza provides opportunities for growth, from entry-level positions to management and even franchise ownership.

Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment and prepare products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service, processing orders both over the phone and in person.
• Work to a schedule, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safe transportation to/from work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot surfaces (up to 500 degrees) and cramped quarters.
• Must handle repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F or above in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Cramped workspaces, including walk-in coolers, and hot surfaces/tools from ovens (up to 500°F or higher).
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts in the work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, including depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Most tasks are performed from a standing position, with short-distance walking for brief durations.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) twice a week or more, stacking cases onto shelves up to 72" high.
