About the role

We are actively recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be available after 3 p.m. and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Prepare product to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule
• Perfect image and adhere to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Attend to and maintain punctuality and transportation to/from work
• Ensure store cleanliness
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (may use calculator)
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Available to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside

• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
