About the role
Opened in March 2025 in the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Maxime’s is a private members club home to four distinct kitchens, each offering a unique culinary experience. We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team and work directly with our Head Chef to develop and execute Roman style pizza.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head Chef to develop and execute Roman style pizza
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Stretch dough, portion control, and ensure even crust for consistent pizza making
- Assist in other sections of the kitchen when necessary
- Work as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
- Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision, including preparation of dough, toppings, and sauce
- Able to make pizza consistently and efficiently
- A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality
