Pittsburgh Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Supporting operations across multiple facilities
- Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
- Training and coaching team members
- Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
- Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
- Placing weekly supply orders
- Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
- Working closely with the Account Manager
- Identifying opportunities for additional services
- Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working in multiple locations and supporting different teams
- Reliable transportation required
- Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
