Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
