Responsibilities
- Responsible for all registration and financially related data collection when a patient arrives at the facility for treatment.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: N/A
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Meditech (if applicable), Epic (if applicable), Performance Manager/NetLearning, read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner, work independently, communicate and deal tactfully with others, be flexible, have personal integrity, and function effectively as a team with other employees, accurately type 40 words per minute.
