Pit Manager - Dual Rate Shift Manager Non Exempt - Table Games Operations

Essential Duties

• Performs functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift
• Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration
• Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations
• Distributes and administers performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees
• Maintains knowledge of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations
• Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play
• Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
