Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop piping systems for industrial, oil & gas, chemical, or manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, P&IDs, and support drawings.
- Perform pipe stress analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Cook up with mechanical, structural, electrical, and process engineering teams.
- Review vendor drawings, technical specifications, and material requisitions.
- Support construction, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, and client-specific standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ 7 years of piping engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, PDMS, E3D, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3 and piping design standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
