Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the piping and plumbing detailers to provide assistance with spooling and drawings for the fabrication shops.
• Utilize Stratus as a tool to facilitate a paperless workflow for the Hermanson shops.
• Utilize Revit & Stratus to manipulate and draw piping and plumbing.
• Utilize Navisworks.
• Create spool sheets for piping and plumbing.
• Understand dimensioning, shipping, and piping to provide accurate break points in the spooling operations.
• Collaborate with all members on the Hermanson team.
• Communicate effectively with other individuals.

Requirements

• High School education or GED.
• Technical training and/or experience utilizing drawing software.
• An understanding of construction documents.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to utilize Revit, Navisworks, and Stratus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Frequently required to talk or hear.

Work Environment

The majority of the work will be in the office, with occasional work in the field/shop where noise levels are moderate to loud.

Pay

WA Residents: $50,000 USD - $55,000 USD. The compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
