We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: - "What We Are Looking For" is like a brief description: "Coordinate and complete welding, construction and maintenance tasks as part of a roving pipeline crew." That's a short description. Could be "About the role" or "What We Are Looking For". We can treat as "About the role" heading. - "What You Will Do" is a long list of duties. Should be under "Responsibilities" heading. Use

    • for each duty. - "Education" section: "What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in job related technical training preferred." That's education requirements. Could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll need to decide. - "Required Qualifications" list: many bullet-like sentences. Should be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll need to decide which heading to use. The instructions say we can use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide where to put content. Typically "Required Qualifications" could go under "Qualifications". "Education" could go under "Requirements". "Preferred Qualifications" could also go under "Qualifications" maybe as a sublist? But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Required and Preferred Qualifications into one Qualifications section, with sub-bullets? But we must not invent content; we can list both required and preferred under Qualifications. - "Working Conditions" includes schedule, travel, physical demands, etc. Could be under "Schedule" and maybe "Benefits"? But we have no explicit benefits or pay info. The posting does not mention pay or benefits. So we should NOT create Pay or Benefits sections because they are not stated. Schedule: there is info about typical work schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day, overtime, etc. Also travel 70%+, etc. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. - "Why Join Kinder Morgan" is boilerplate about company, EEO, etc. That's likely boilerplate to remove. The instructions say remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scams etc. So we should drop that section. - Also there is a line: "Must live or relocate to live (by position start date) within 60 miles of reporting location." That's a requirement, could go under Requirements or Qualifications. - Also "As a Safety-Sensitive position both pre-employment and post-employment screenings include but are not limited to drug testing..." That's also a requirement (screening). Could be under Requirements. - Also "This position requires manual dexterity, as well as the ability to: Lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs. Exert up to 100 lbs. of physical force...." That's physical requirements, could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid duplication: there are duplicated lines like "Repair shorted pipeline casings and install CP test points on pipelines." appears twice. We should keep only one instance. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each duty, each qualification, etc. But we can combine similar items? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit any detail, but we can combine duplicates? Duplicates are same line repeated; we can deduplicate to avoid redundancy but still preserve the info (the info is present). It's ambiguous but likely okay to deduplicate identical lines. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have no such filler. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus we will produce something like:
