Pipeline: Program Manager
About the role
The role is for a Contract Program Manager with one of the top technology companies in the United States. This position involves driving end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs and campaigns (e.g., flagship events, product launches, policy/social campaigns)
- Develop project plans, timelines, RACI frameworks, and workback schedules
- Support strategic planning processes including roadmapping, resource allocation, goal-setting, and the development and socialization of organizational processes
- Partner with external agency teams and vendors on deliverable alignment and timelines
- Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, manage stakeholder communications, and bridge the gap between creative and business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and navigate conflict resolution across diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear updates for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision
