About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues promptly.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or management.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with database administration and SQL.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Technical proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios or SolarWinds.
