In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools safely and in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with organizing materials, equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Support assembly of piping systems, including flanged spools, valves, tubing, stands, and fittings.
  • Follow all training, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold strict safety standards, including successful completion of all required training.
  • Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while serving as a liaison to customers when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to support project success.
  • Manage time efficiently, adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of pipefitting or plumbing experience is preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
  • Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
  • Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required. Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
