Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior relevant experience a must
• Knowledge of chilled water, condensing water, and heating water
• Proper tools for task (will verify upon employment)
• Knowledge of pipe fitting carbon steel, copper, stainless steel
• Knowledge of welding methods, Braze/Solder, propress and Victaulic
• Knowledge of B31.1 and B31.9
• Knowledge of Pump/Chiller/Boiler/Cooling Tower/WSHP and FCU tie ins
• Able to read and interpret prints, specifications, and submittals
• Good communicator (verbal, written, and planner)
• Self-motivated and present daily
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and accomplish tasks on time
• Capable of working well with others
