Pipe Insulation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial insulation projects from estimating handoff through closeout
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and subcontractors
• Lead project planning, execution, and daily operations
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
• Track project progress, budgets, labor hours, and productivity
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, plant managers, and project stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and support field crews as needed
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage change orders, RFIs, documentation, and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and customer requirements
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed

What We Need to See

• Contractor's License required
• 5+ years of industrial construction experience
• Experience managing insulation projects OR industrial mechanical projects
• Strong understanding of insulation systems and applications
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and scopes
• Experience managing crews, schedules, and production goals
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed
