Pipe Fitter

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine pipe layouts and specifications
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes using various tools and techniques
• Install and assemble pipes and fittings, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections
• Perform inspections and tests to identify and repair leaks or other issues
• Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in a industrial construction or similar setting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques
• Able to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Must pass Background and Drug Screen

Pay

Hourly Rate $38.00 to $39.00 based on experience (ovetime opportunities available)
