PIP Med/Pay Claims Associate - National General
About the role
National General is a part of The Allstate Corporation, offering home, auto, and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products. This role is remote and involves engaging with interested prospective customers through inbound and proactive outbound calls to sell reputable products from Allstate and its family of brands.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
- No cold calling—Connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
- Sell reputable products from Allstate and its family of brands
- Handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence within increased level of authority
- Learn how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims
- Identify and recognize body parts of a vehicle and understand other potential property damage
- Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle
- Apply increased experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.)

Qualifications

- Ability to handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages)
- Knowledge of subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle

Benefits
Compensation for this role includes a base salary with uncapped performance-based incentives. Total compensation is comprised of base compensation and incentive pay.
Pay
- Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $86,400.00
- Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – $93,250.00
- Adjuster Sr. Cons. I: $68,500.00 – $117,700.00

The role is remote, requiring a dedicated, private workspace with reliable internet.
