About the Opportunity:The PIP ADJUSTER - REMOTE BILINGUAL/SPANISH is responsible for managing Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims from initiation to resolution. The role involves direct interaction with customers, legal representatives, medical providers, insurers, and vendors to investigate coverage, assess claims, negotiate settlements, and identify issues requiring further inquiry. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely claims processing within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:Investigate and evaluate Florida PIP claims, verify coverage, and negotiate fair settlementsMaintain organized and accurate claim documentation and diaries to ensure timely handlingPrepare clear and timely responses to inquiries and demandsInteract professionally with customers, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholdersUtilize available tools and public resources for claim resolutionStay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trendsEnsure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and company policies Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferredActive Florida All Lines Adjuster License 6-20 requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is mandatoryMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a PIP Adjuster handling Florida automobile claimsStrong written, verbal communication, and active listening skillsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitiesTeam-oriented, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced claims environmentDemonstrates curiosity, self-motivation, openness to feedback, and commitment to learning Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits & Perks:100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees (family coverage at additional cost)Employer contributions of $500 per quarter to Health Savings Account (HSA)401(k) retirement plan with company matchWellness program including mental health support and resources Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
