PINK Manager-Paramus Park

About the Role

As a PINK Manager at Victoria’s Secret & Co, you’ll be a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK business, ensuring product presentation and selling behaviors align with brand guidance and objectives.
• Own visual execution by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to maintain the emotional tone of the customer experience.
• Analyze category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Oversee the talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management (in collaboration with the Store Manager).
• Lead and develop direct reports, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Demonstrate company values and act as the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Execute workforce management actions to optimize labor hours.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with sales leadership teams for seamless execution.
• Model behaviors aligned with leadership competencies and company policies.
• Perform additional duties such as floorset mapping, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to take deliberate action for results.
• Self-awareness and a commitment to seeking feedback for growth.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to foster high performance.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in formal and informal settings.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, bend, stretch, kneel, walk, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Proficiency with technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $25.00 per hour. Maximum Salary: $33.08 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
