About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business, ensuring both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Leads product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Provides category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports.
• Maintains sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Manages talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management, alongside the Store Manager.
• Leads direct reports, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Demonstrates company values and executes the role of Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coaches and develops associates while executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and collaborates with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless execution.
• Leads and models behaviors aligned with leadership competencies and company policies.
• Performs additional duties such as floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking deliberate action to achieve results.
• Self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $25.00. Maximum Salary: $31.45. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role. Your actual salary will be determined by factors including your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
