PineCone Vision Center is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented Associate Doctor of Optometry to join our progressive, technology-driven practice. With two modern clinical locations—including a newly renovated flagship office and a second clinic built in 2022—our environment supports high-level care, efficiency, and long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications. - Diagnose and treat various ocular conditions and diseases. - Perform routine and specialized vision tests. - Educate patients on maintaining healthy eyesight. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements

- Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA-accredited program. - State licensure as an optometrist. - Current DEA prescription drug authorization. - Completion of an AOA-approved residency program preferred but not required.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using electronic medical records and practice management software. - Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment.

Pay

Six-figure base salary with monthly production bonus (no cap).
