About the role

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

Responsibilities

- Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients. - Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist. - Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor. - Operate under full scope of practice based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.

Requirements

- Hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license. - Possess a strong background in optometry and related fields. - Have experience providing comprehensive eye care services. - Be able to work independently and autonomously.

Qualifications

- Completion of an accredited optometry program. - Current license to practice optometry in the state of Massachusetts. - Experience working in an independent optometry practice.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
