The role A pilot is a small reviewed task set, working verification and an evaluation plan, delivered in days. You’ll run them: from brief to delivery to the review where the customer decides what’s next. What you’ll own Pilots end to end, on tight timelines.Coordination of environments, experts, quality and research for each one.Daily customer updates and the final readout.What each pilot taught us, captured into the playbook.Pilot conversion and the reasons behind it. What you bring Three or more years in project management, delivery or operations under deadline.Highly organised and calm.Technical enough to understand what’s being built and why.Strong, concise writing. Helpful, not required Services or consulting experience.Familiarity with model evaluation.
