Pedal Pub is hiring part-time Pilots/Tour Guides for the summer in Louisville, KY. We’re looking for fun, upbeat individuals with engaging personalities to operate our 15-passenger pedal-powered cycles and lead 2-hour pub-crawl tours. This role is ideal for celebrating birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team outings, and friend/family get-togethers.

About the role

Pilots/Tour Guides are responsible for safely operating the bikes while creating an entertaining and memorable experience for passengers. This is a highly tipped position—your effort and personality directly impact your earnings. Our team includes students, parents, bartenders, service industry professionals, rideshare drivers, and anyone seeking a flexible, active, and fun part-time job.

Responsibilities

• Operate 15-passenger pedal-powered cycles safely and efficiently.
• Lead 2-hour pub-crawl tours with enthusiasm and energy.
• Engage passengers during celebrations like birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and team outings.
• Maintain a fun, upbeat atmosphere while ensuring safety and responsibility.
• Create and adhere to a work schedule.

Requirements

• Fun, upbeat, and engaging personality.
• Comfortable being authoritative when needed.
• Very responsible and safety-oriented.
• Enjoy the outdoors and staying active.
• Must work nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (no prior suspensions and a clean driving record).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
