Pilot - Challenger 604 (Pro-line Fusion) Captain (PIC)
About the role
ACI Jet is seeking a Challenger 604 Captain to perform duties as a Part 91/135 aircraft pilot in a safe and efficient manner. This position involves operating type-rated aircraft on behalf of ACI Jet while maintaining positive and productive relationships with employees, vendors, and clients. The Challenger 604 Captain reports directly to the account Lead Captain (Aircraft and Crew Manager - ACM).

Team members may participate in the Employee Flight Department, which operates three employee-owned aircraft, supporting license acquisition, skill development, or personal travel.
Responsibilities
- Operate ACI Jet aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with company rules, manufacturers’ limitations, governmental regulations, and agency requirements.
- Coordinate with ACI Jet Flight Dispatch to achieve flight operation goals according to policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and customer service to charter clients and owners.
- Ensure Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) are updated with the latest navigation and application data.
- Maintain knowledge of the ACI Jet Air Carrier Operations Manual (ACOM).
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections, including aircraft, documentation, equipment, weather conditions, fuel, customs, permits, and airport/runway suitability.
Requirements
- 3,500 hours total flight time.
- 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 1,500 hours multi-engine PIC.
- 300 hours instrument time.
- 500 hours turbine time.
- CL-604 Type Rating highly desired.
- Current and valid Pilot’s Certificate with English proficient endorsement.
- Must meet ICAO Annex I, Section 2.1.10 requirements for this account.
- Valid ATP rating.
- Able to maintain a First Class Medical.
- Valid United States Passport.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 3-5 years of professional aviation experience.
- Able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced team environment.
- Willing to live within 90 minutes of San Luis Obispo Regional Airport (KSBP).

Pay
$200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, dependent on experience.
