Pier 37 Branch: Full-Time Teller (Spanish Bilingual Required)

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Confidence with cash handling and transactions
• Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Team player that can confidently jump in where and when needed
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at Pier 37 branch, representing UW Credit Union
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services
• Accurately handle member requests at the Teller line
• Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members
• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate
• Look for ways to exceed members' expectations
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs

Qualifications
