Responsibilities
- Delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
- Supporting and evaluating care provided by others
- Embracing organizational values, mission, and service standards
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)
- Relevant PICU/Peds RN experience
- RN license in MO or a compact state within 90 days of graduation
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
