Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Evaluate and support the care provided by others
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality

• Occasionally float to other units when census levels or patient care demands require it

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• PICU/PEDS RN experience
• RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association
• Must love working with children of all ages and acuity levels
