We are seeking a Pediatric/PICU Experienced RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric patients with complex needs. In this role, you will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing processcollaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated careevaluate and support care delivered by othersuphold patient rights and confidentialityembrace the organization’s mission and valueswork with children of all ages and acuity levels Qualifications Include Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred) PICU/PEDS RN experience RN license in MO or a compact state within 90 days of graduation BLS certification through the American Heart Association Key Skills Critical thinking Family-centered care Care coordination Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency Effective communication (SBAR, clinical documentation) Pediatric assessment and ventilator management Patient safety and evidence-based practice This role may involve floating to other units based on patient care needs.
