Pickleball Club Operations Coordinator

Location: Pickle Paradise – Elk River, MN
Type: Part-time (Approximately 25–35 hours/week, primarily weekdays)
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

About the role

Pickle Paradise is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Club Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility during weekday business hours. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a growing business succeed. You'll serve as the primary daytime point of contact for our members while ensuring the club operates smoothly and professionally each day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and taking ownership of a small business environment. Responsibilities

• Open the facility and prepare the club for daily operations
• Welcome members and guests while providing outstanding customer service
• Manage court reservations, programming, and member accounts using CourtReserve
• Answer phones, emails, and member questions
• Process memberships, reservations, retail, food, and beverage purchases
• Prepare smoothies, coffee, snacks, beer, and wine
• Maintain inventory and notify management when supplies need replenished
• Help coordinate vendors, deliveries, and routine facility needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility throughout the day
• Perform light administrative tasks and assist ownership with operational projects
• Support evening and weekend staff when necessary

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, hospitality, recreation, retail, or office experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems such as CourtReserve and POS software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to legally serve alcohol in Minnesota (18+)

• Pickleball club, Fitness club, recreation center, or hospitality experience
• Administrative or office coordination
• Scheduling or reservation software
• Retail or food & beverage operations
