About the Role
The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Greets, schedules court time, and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
- Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
- Initiates, develops, and maintains personalized relationships with members
- Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
- Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
Requirements
- Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer experience (preferred)
- CPR and AED Certified (preferred)
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and paying up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
