About the role

Oversees daily warehouse operations, manages picking and packing schedules, and supervises staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse workflows, including processing, packaging, and storage of materials.
• Direct, supervise, coach, and train team members.
• Develop work schedules and assign manpower requirements for the picking area.
• Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.
• Maintain and follow occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly push, pull, or lift 40 lbs.
