Primary Functions

• Fulfill and process customer orders
• Keep storage and staging areas organized

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack
• Palletize products to build customer orders
• Warp pallet after palletizing products
• Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
• Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager
• Absorb and comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations, including safety rules
• Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives

Skills And Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending and squatting
• Repetitive hand use (pushing and pulling up to 50lbs)
• Occasional lifting and moving up to 75lbs
• Must be able to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks
• Successfully pass the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture
• Required to work night shift schedule

Education And/Or Training

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience

Work Conditions

• Office and warehouse environment
• Occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods
• Frequent computer and telephone use
• Frequent communication with people throughout the day
