Pick Up Support Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of fleet and driver resources operated by Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
• Source and manage external service providers
• Manage first-mile pickup drivers within assigned regions/ZIP codes
• Plan and assign daily pickup routes
• Ensure timely execution of pickup operations
• Take ownership of first-mile pickup quality, efficiency, and cost control
• Respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies
• Build and enhance first-mile pickup capacity through process optimization and resource coordination
• Review and optimize first-mile workflows and operating models
• Cook up first-mile-related information internally and externally
• Coordinate with customers, DSPs, and vendors
• Dispatch and communicate with drivers to complete pickups from vendors and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Bilingual Mandarin required
• Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse supervision within the logistics or last-mile delivery industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a safe working environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work under pressure
