About the role

LSI Staffing is partnering with a leading logistics provider supporting a major automotive manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AL. We're hiring dependable warehouse associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time work available, offering opportunities for growth and development, including promotions from within.

Responsibilities

• Forklift operation (training provided; experience welcomed)
• Picking, packing, scanning, and sorting parts (training provided)
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and pushing

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Applicants may be subject to a background check and drug screen

Pay

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour (depending on role and shift). Pay increases after 90 days upon conversion from temp to hire.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend work required as needed
• Overtime is mandatory
