Immediate Need – Climate Controlled – Double Time. ResourceMFG has pick/pack positions available in Murfreesboro, TN.
Shifts and Pay
- 1st shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm – $16.00 per hour
- 2nd shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm – $16.50 per hour
- 3rd shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am – $17.00 per hour
- Up to a $2.00 hourly increase possible after you obtain production skills

Job Description
- Pick and pack food on production lines
- Quality checking of food production
- Eye for detailed product inspections
- Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
- Sanitation of production lines and equipment
- Measuring food products
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lb
- Ability to stand 8 hours with breaks
- Ability to visually inspect product for flaws
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Full‑time, temp‑to‑hire position based on attendance and performance
