Location: Lafayette, IN. Position Type: Full-Time. Are you looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with immediate openings? We are hiring Picker/Packers in Lafayette, IN to join a fast-paced distribution team. Pay

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
• Pack orders according to shipping and quality standards
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage
• Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
• Pull parts from designated part racks and place said parts into the staged racks for the customer
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Check parts for damages
• Review computer printout for accuracy regarding the staged racks

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and reading skills

Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
