Physics Non-Tenure Track Faculty (Applicant Pool)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Teaching on-campus or online courses.
• Advising, evaluating, and assisting students.
• Curriculum and/or course development.
• Participating in weekly faculty meetings.
• Mentoring and inspiring students from all backgrounds.
• Utilizing engaging pedagogy that involves students in the learning process.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Physics field or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of college student development.
• Demonstrated experience teaching interdisciplinary courses.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ability to relate to freshmen and to develop classroom rapport with students.
• The ability to mentor and inspire students from all backgrounds.
• Skilled in utilizing engaging pedagogy that involves students in the learning process.
