Physics and Technology Analyst-Associate Staff
Position Description
As an Associate Staff member of the ISR Systems and Architectures Group, you will be responsible for individual systems analysis studies of critical DoW missions, planned DoW capabilities, and new technologies. You will contribute to the development of physics- and engineering-based models for a wide array of technologies related to sensors, aircraft, satellites, communication systems, navigation, and data exploitation.
- Prepare and present impact briefings to convey key study findings and recommendations
- Deliver these to a range of audiences including DoW senior decision-makers, government technology experts, and Lincoln Laboratory colleagues
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Aeronautics/Astronautics, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Or a Bachelor's and 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn new technical areas
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex technical problems and effectively communicate key findings
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with highly interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with MATLAB-based modeling, simulation, and data analysis
