About the role

The Senior Medical Physicist plays a vital leadership role within the radiotherapy team, ensuring patient, staff, and public safety while advancing imaging and therapeutic radiation techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical, administrative, educational, and safety oversight.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and support the implementation of new procedures and technologies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and oncology professionals to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in physics or related fields.
  • Active medical physics licensing and certification.
  • 5+ years of postgraduate experience with expertise in EBRT, motion management, CT simulation, and Varian systems.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience in SRS/SRT.
  • Experience with third-party QA systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
