Practice Description
Urgent Care Locations: American Canyon, Benicia, Dixon, Rio Vista, Winters, Vacaville, Fairfield CA
Hours of business: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, Sundays, Weekends 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Proven experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Compensation And Benefits
- Income Guarantee at $354,000
- Full-time: 15 shifts per month - 1 shift: 10 hours
- APP Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE
- Signed Bonus: up to $30,000
- Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year
- Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location)
