Responsibilities

• Deliver full‑scope urgent care services.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and hospital‑based teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med‑peds, or Emergency Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency.
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure.
