Join a physician-owned partnership as an Urgent Care Physician, providing autonomy, local control, and support to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care services in a well-equipped facility
• Manage a diverse patient volume with procedures, Point of Care Testing, and on-site imaging
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive urgent care including procedures and diagnostics
• Contribute to a community-focused environment in a high-functioning, trauma-capable facility
• Participate in a culture emphasizing team success, professional growth, and community impact

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
• Experience or interest in academic settings with residents is preferred
• Current WA state license is a plus

Pay

Competitive salary ($275,000–$900,000)
