Physician - Urgent Care

About the Role

Join our team as a Physician with Indigo in a Float Pool position for our Urgent Care Clinics across multiple regions, including North, Central, South, INW, and Central WA. This role offers flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful impact in patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services across various clinic locations, including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, and treating patients of all ages.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with a highly cohesive and innovative team.
• Contribute to modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible for all patients.
• Participate in leadership and mentorship opportunities, as desired.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible at the time of employment.
• Active Washington medical license in good standing by the start date.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Family Medicine setting.

Pay

Earning potential of $350k+ as part of Indigo’s market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.

Schedule

• Clinics open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Schedules created 2 months in advance with team input, offering flexibility and weekend/holiday rotations.
• Float pool providers may have varying clinic locations, with same-day shift changes possible.
