Physician - Urgent Care

This is a Float Pool position for our Urgent Care Clinics across multiple regions:

• PSR North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
• PSR Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
• PSR South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo
• INW Region: Airway Heights, Liberty Lake, Millwood, Spokane North, Spokane Regal St, Wpokane Shadle, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene and Hayden, ID
• Central WA Region: Kennewick, Richland, Yakima

About the Role

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics, where providers are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible. You’ll work at the top of your license with opportunities to lead and mentor fellow providers. We’ve created a better way to work in healthcare—empowering providers with focus, peer support, and a 5-star clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in urgent care settings, treating patients of all ages
• Perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and x-ray reads
• Adapt to same-day shift changes when unforeseen circumstances arise
• Collaborate with a team to deliver a ‘wow’ patient experience

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in a relevant specialty at time of employment
• Active Washington medical license in good standing by employment start date
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Family Medicine

Schedule

• Clinics open 7 days a week, 8 AM–8 PM
• Schedules created 2 months in advance with team input
• Flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations

Pay

Earning potential of $350k+, as part of Indigo’s market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.
